To provide a 2% cash rebate Seawinds Realty, Inc. must have a Transaction Agreement read and printed by you. Seawinds Realty, Inc. requires a Transaction Agreement because you will be working directly with the Builder and sales staff.
Tell the Builder that Jared Dalto from Seawinds Realty, Inc. is your agent.
Sometimes Builders want us to initiate contact first. If this is the case give us a call.
HOW TO USE THE REBATE CERTIFICATE |
1. Print the Rebate Certificate
2. Fill in your name and address.
3. When you have finished with Step 4 and found your home, fill in the Community name and address
4. Call the Community and give them your name, indicate you are represented by Seawinds Realty, Inc. and provide our full contact information which is on the Rebate Certificate.
5. Take the Rebate Certificate to the Commuity. Present the Rebate Certificate on your first visit to the Community.
6. Use the information on the Rebate Certificate to fill in the Agent information on the Builder's Form.
7. Call (561) 533-9797 if you have any questions.
8. Return to this page to proceed to Step 4: Finding your new home.
