To be eligible for the Cash Rebate, you must:
1. Enter into a real estate agreement with Seawinds Realty,
Inc. and sign the Transaction
Disclosure Agreement. (Required by Florida law)
2. Have an agent with Seawinds Realty, Inc. be the representing or registered brokerage company on record for a community/development.
3. Purchase the home, condo or townhome.
Rebates are up to 2% based upon factors such as developer’s commission to cooperating brokers and agents, how popular a community is, whether or not the developer accepts a faxed or verbal registration or price range of a community.
